It is actually a cult place, a real masterpiece of Spanish cuisine
combined with Argentinian flavors.
This is a restaurant for true gourmets of Spanish cuisine, because here your taste buds will go crazy. And it would seem an ordinary place, inconspicuous to ordinary passers-by. Only open in the evenings, so a surprising solution compared to other restaurants, which only proves the high quality of the dishes served here.
The owner of the restaurant is the Argentinian Gabriel Spatz, who in 2008 he came to Malaga and liked the city so much that he decided to start a restaurant here, which has been operating since 2009. In her kitchen, she focuses on creativity, combining traditional cuisine with new additions, which can be seen in the menu. There you will find tapas as well as medium and large portions. I especially recommend trying prawns (gambas), sea bream, salmon and tuna in combination with various salads.
Meson de Cervantes is a must-see for those lovers of good food, creative dishes, unfamiliar tastes and carefully selected wines. Every visit here it becomes a real feast of flavors. Do not be put off by the crowd and the lack of tables, which it admits is sometimes hard, but it is one of those places where it is worth waiting :)
