Catedral Del Pescaito 

If you're a seafood fan or just want to try it, you won't find a better place in Málaga than the Catedral del Pescaito.  

Catedral del Pescaito is a small, even inconspicuous restaurant located in one of the side streets leading from the Cathedral. It would seem that this is a classic local tapas bar, not standing out among many similar in this area. And yet, I believe that it is one of the best restaurants in this city and one of the best Spanish cuisine.  

I was looking for a long time for a place in Malaga, where I could convince myself of seafood, where calamari will not only be tasteless rubbery discs, and prawns will be covered with old fat. This place completely disenchanted previous unsuccessful attempts at tasting them, so now I can recommend Catedral del Pescaito to anyone who wants to taste seafood for the first time or loves it for a long time.

Catedral del Pescaito serves, among other things, calamari (calamares) that melt in your mouth, prawns prepared in an amazing sauce (gambas pil - pil) and grilled octopus (pulpo plancha), not only with an attractive appearance, but also with taste. All seafood and fish are served fresh and the dishes are prepared in a traditional, home-cooked way.  

It is not a typical tourist tapas bar, in fact you can only meet here native inhabitants of Malaga. It is also not a place that would attract with its design - although the cinema styling is quite unusual and the collection of film gadgets is impressive. However, it is a place that guarantees tasty food and you will surely like it, and the cuisine will delight you for a long time;)
